Research and Development

1. In order to make sure that the design process meet the requirements and take good control of the plan, input, output, evaluation, verification, confirmation and modification of the design, our factory has set up design and control program.
2. The executive in R&D department must make out clear design plan and appoint the project leader as well as project members. Besides, the manager also must describe in detail the requirements, ways of evaluation, verification and confirmation which exist in all the phases of the designing process. The design plan should be adjusted to the development situation.  
3. The project leader should work out the files regarding to the design input along with the evaluation. Any disagreement or vague requirements should be resolved by consultation.
4. During the process of designing, the project leader should communicate with the technician leader continuous in order to work out the periodical evaluation. In addition, meetings should be held concerning the work assignment for the next step.
5. The output files about the periodical design must be brought to the executive for examining. After signature, the executive should submit files to the general manager for further confirmation.
6. Notes must be taken in order to record the results and improvements during the process of evaluation part.
7. The verification of designing is the verification for samples which is carried out by the leading technicians on the basis of the ability whether the input of design can match the output perfectly.
8. Records should be made clear if any results and improvements being raised during the process of verification. The verification work should keep on until the input has met the output perfectly.
9. The confirmation of design is divided into two forms, namely the inside confirmation and the outside confirmation: The former one refers to the confirmation of the samples by testing and inspecting. The latter one is the confirmation made by authorities.
10. The changing of design input, evaluation results or any improvement in the verification process may give rise to the alternation and modification of the design. If that happens, the leading technician should amend the design files according to the alternation and modification as soon as possible and then carry it out after being approved by the executive of R&D department.
