Introduction

In an effort to establish and improve the quality management system of our factory, we have compiled this quality handbook in accordance with the International Quality System ISO9001. The overall guideline of quality has been formulated in this handbook as well as the quality standard for each department. Secondly, this handbook has stated explicitly that the quality management system is set up for the purpose of implementing the guideline of quality. Furthermore, this handbook has well defined the process during the application the quality management system along with the staff responsibility of each department according to the code and method which is required during the application of the quality system. In addition, the handbook includes all the guidelines concerning designing, manufacturing, marketing and customer service.
